The senior master is mid 50's, 5ft 11", fit rugby build, grey shaved hair, ex boarding school and services therefore a natural authority figure that is very accurate and
understands the psychology of CP. He has over ten years experience.

The junior masters are aged between 20 and 25. All have been trained by
the senior master and are accurate with all the equipment.

We dress appropriately where required for School, Army, Borstal, Judicial etc.
